38' H-14 will accommodate a boat up to 40'10" with approved variance, maximum beam is 14.5'.  Gulf Harbour Marina is on the Intracoastal Waterway (Caloosahatchee River) approximately 5 nautical miles to the Gulf of Mexico.  Upscale 186-slip Marina with concrete floating docks, electricity, phone, cable TV, pump out and fuel dock.  Harbourside Cafe' has deli, beer, wine, laundry and showers.  Country Club is private, some amenities herein available but not offered.  Non residents pay $150 per year for community access.
